Time For Change
In this blog series ‘A Designer’s Diary’ we highlight our interior designer’s thoughts and inspirations. This week’s mood board celebrates a time for change as Autumn arrives!
As we wave goodbye to Summer and hello to Autumn, interior designer Wouter creates a beautiful interior which replaces bright and fresh with warm and cosy. Accents of mustard yellows and brassy notes are used throughout. These are cleverly paired against cooler tones to emphasise a seasonal shift.
The wonderful use of Vitra clocks also nods towards changing times and introduces a playfulness to the interior.
We particularly love the variety of textures Wouter has used throughout his mood board which really instills depth and cosiness. Even the choice in rug with its ragged linen fringe expresses warmth, making the design all the more snug and inviting.
