Hello Inspo – Exploring Pantone’s Peach Fuzz in Interior Design

Pantone’s Peach Fuzz

The global leader and expert in all things colour, Pantone, has once again graced us with its annual revelation, and this year it’s enchanting colour of choice is ‘Peach Fuzz’. This soft and warm hue invites us to infuse homes, hotels, cafes and offices with a touch of serenity and sophistication.

Whilst we don’t typically follow trends (to us it’s more about what works best for the client and the project), we do like to keep an eye on what is going on in the design world and how it can shape our likes and dislikes. Afterall, colour has always held the power to evoke emotions, set the mood, and transform spaces into immersive experiences.

And so with that said, let us dive into the captivating world of Peach Fuzz as we unravel its potential to redefine spaces. From plush furniture to illuminating lighting fixtures and charming accessories, we highlight all the peach fuzziness that our brands have to offer.

Peachy Goodness
28t bocci

Series 28 – Bocci

Starting off this peachy journey with what appears to be an actual peach – the Bocci 28 table light. Made from hand-blown glass, Bocci 28 is also available with multiple spheres in the form of a floor light, suspension light and a ceiling light. A stunning design that has the ability to be subtle and charming or bold and impactful!

montis aztec

Aztec Sofa – Montis

Montis’ Aztec sofa is a luxurious piece that effortlessly marries comfort with style. The image showcases this exquisite sofa draped in a luscious pink velvety fabric, creating a visual feast for the senses. And whilst the hue leans more towards pink tones than peach, the soft and inviting texture of the material has Peach Fuzz written all over it!

Hana Chair – Moooi

New from Moooi, the Hana chair is an extension of an existing collection. Inspired by the graceful unfurling of a flower, Hana is Japanese for ‘blooming’. The organic contours and petal-inspired seat and backrest come together to form a reassuring and secure embrace. Available in six contemporary colours, including of course this peachy wonder. See the main image above for Hana in a gorgeous cafe environment.

tortuga lounge chair sancal

Tortuga Lounge Chair – Sancal

Plush and inviting, Tortuga from Sancal really makes a statement. The design concept for Tortuga is stemmed from the Galapagos tortoise, in particular it’s shell – a place to withdraw into. The versatility of this chair is brilliant as it works beautifully at home, in a hotel lobby, or a reception space. No matter where it is placed, Tortuga will bring an inviting atmosphere to encourage both relaxation and socialising.

1.3 – Zeitraum

Peach Fuzz goes beyond upholstery! We love the use of these orangey-pink tones in Zeitraum’s new collection of colour stains. What’s really lovely about these finishes is that the natural grain of the wood is still very much visible. The stains are water based and this allows the colour to penetrate into the very pores of the wood allowing for deep colouration. This also ensures the pieces are chip-proof and highly durable.

Arper Cila Go

Cila and Cila Go Chairs – Arper

Must we restrict ‘Peach Fuzz’ to the home? Absolutely not! It’s no secret corporate environments are becoming softer spaces and the addition of a warm hue might just be the answer to achieving this. Featured here are the Cila and Cila Go chairs from Arper. Perfect for impromptu meetings, collaborative sessions or focussed individual work. We love the addition of the storage compartment in the Cila Go version!

Eames Lounge Chair – Vitra

Pantone beautifully describes their 2024 colour as creating ‘a moment of stillness and the feeling of sanctuary ‘- looking at the stunning Eames Lounge Chair featured here, we very much think the same notion applies! Traditionally upholstered in a chic leather for a sophisticated aesthetic, by contrast the new fabric version takes on a cosy look with this soft and fuzzy boucle called Nubia.
