This video shows the crafting process of the new ‘Losanges’ collection for leading Catalonian rug and textile manufacturer, nanimarquina.

The new collection is designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec and is made in northern Pakistan by local artisans using the time-intensive kilim technique.

Since its origins in 1987, nanimarquina has been designing rugs and other textile products, paying particular attention to research on raw materials and production processes. As evidenced in the video, the company remains committed to innovation, design and recovery of ancestral techniques when producing their carpets.
