10 Jun New shades from STUA

We have talked before about STUA on this blog, the family-run design furniture manufacturer based in San Sebastián, who have often been a go-to favourite for us in both commercial and residential projects.

In Milan this year, they used their stand to launch a great competition to broaden the existing colour palette of some of their design furniture. Visitors to the stand were invited to vote for their favourite new lacquer colours from a possible twelve on display – the eight colours with the most votes would then go into production for their chairs Egoa and Globus, and Summa table.

The competition spread to Facebook and via their email newsletter and three winners were eventually selected. The prize for each winner (announced this week), was a set of four Globus chairs in any of the new lacquer colours!
