The Ro™ lounge chair is aptly named after the Danish word for ‘tranquillity’. Designed by Jaime Hayon, the easy chair creates space for relaxation and reflection, enticing you to immerse in its curves and take a moment for yourself. The base is made of brushed aluminium or solid oak with a clear lacquer finish. The trumpet-shaped aluminium legs of the JH1 are a hallmark of Hayon’s unique style, recalling his eccentric ceramic models which often feature flared, conical elements. By continuing the free-flowing profile of the shell, they extend its form downwards, culminating in delicately rounded points, like perfectly poised ballet shoes balanced on the floor.
