A trip to the USM showroom in London
Last month our colleagues, Wouter and Maggie, visited the gorgeous USM showroom in London for product training with USM. Although we have worked with USM for many years, it is always so lovely to see their beautiful products in different settings and be reminded of the company’s sheer brilliance. Today we share with you what they have learnt from their visit.
Wouter and Maggie were reacquainted with Sales Partner Manager, Matthew Goodheart at USM. They were then shown all the tips and tricks for using USM’s 3D configurator. This clever piece of software allows design teams to draw USM’s leading product – the Haller. As the Haller has so many design possibilities, it was great for Maggie and Wouter to fully explore this programme alongside the USM team, and ask any questions along the way.
Regular training is essential
Ongoing and regular training such as this, ensures our interior designers have all the knowledge and expertise they need to specify the furniture we sell. This is vital to how we operate as it gives us complete confidence in the products within our portfolio. This in turn allows us to guide our clients and help them select items which will be suitable for their home or commercial space.
One System, Infinite Possibilities
After a delightful lunch, provided by USM and organised by Mirko Mueller (CEO for UK USM), the team continued their training with a showroom tour, and we were once again reminded of just how amazing the Haller is. The system really is remarkable in every way! See below images of it’s many functions!
In addition to the Haller storage system, the team were shown more of the USM collection including beautiful tables and height adjustable desks.
Maggie and Wouter thoroughly enjoyed their product training with USM and came away feeling completely inspired and excited to continue using USM in future projects!
