The Chimbuka carpet is a celebration of colour, texture and heritage. It combines Walter Knoll’s contemporary design ethos with the soul of hand-knotting techniques passed down through generations.
Low-pile carpet made from 58% wool, 37% silk and 5% nettle.
Developed in collaboration with textile designer Helmut Scheufele, Walter Knoll carpets are inspired by the vivid landscapes and rich colour palette of Africa. The collection captures the continent’s creative spirit, transforming it into timeless, woven works of art.
